2. Services
Enjay Improvements provides residential handyman services including but not limited to general repairs, carpentry and trim work, interior painting, minor plumbing and electrical, furniture assembly, and small renovations.
We reserve the right to decline any service request that we determine to be outside our scope of work, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.
3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes upon inspection or during the job. We will communicate any changes in pricing before proceeding with additional work.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. In the event of unforeseen delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and electronic payments as communicated at the time of booking.
Unpaid invoices may be subject to late fees and collection proceedings.
6. Customer Responsibilities
By booking our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the work to be performed
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area
- Secure or remove any valuables, fragile items, or pets from the work area
- Be present or designate a responsible adult to be present during the work
- Obtain any necessary permits required for the work (we can advise on this)
7. Warranty & Satisfaction
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed job, please contact us within 7 days of service completion and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns at no additional charge.
Our warranty covers workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by pre-existing conditions, customer-supplied materials, or misuse after completion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Enjay Improvements carries general liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team during the course of work, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. AI Receptionist & Communications
We use an AI-powered receptionist (provided by Jobber) to handle initial inquiries and appointment scheduling. By contacting us through any channel, you consent to interact with automated systems as part of our intake process. All communications are subject to our Privacy Policy.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Enjay Improvements related to your service requests. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
10. Subcontractors
Enjay Improvements may use trusted subcontractors to complete certain jobs. All subcontractors are vetted and held to the same standards of quality and professionalism as our core team.
